Following our recent refurbishment and upgrade of the existing Category B listed hotel to create 20 boutique bedrooms, we were appointed by our Dussedorf-based client to undertake the construction of a 3-storey steel-framed, stone-clad modern extension. This provides an additional 58 bedrooms, high-tech conference and event facility and a new restaurant and bar. The project also includes a luxury spa and wellness centre, together with an external in-situ concrete swimming pool.
