Located in the heart of London’s world-famous theatre land in the West End, Sharkey have successfully delivered a total of 13,500sq.ft CAT A over two floors for Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual insurer. The works encompassed the full strip back of CAT B fit out to shell and core followed by the CAT A reconstruction including the complete M&E replacement, new WC facilities and refurbishment of external balcony, glazed balustrade and roof slab. Following on the successful completion of these works we were further instructed to carry out refurbishment works to both the live reception area and basement shower facilities.
