This exciting fast-track project comprised the refurbishment of the gym, wet change area, entrance and reception, ground floor dry change and toilets, swimming pool hall, studios, corridors and offices. One of the main challenges of the project involved the relocation of the main gym. Re-siting enabled a doubling of the floor area, creating enhanced space for functional training and additional floor space to accommodate more than 40 pieces of fitness exercise equipment.
