The project involved the design and construction of a highly sustainable new build two story steel framed structure. The project delivered a vibrant and adaptable environment which can be utilised as retail space, conferencing, club museum, café, fan zone area and concert venue, greatly enhancing the fan’s experience. The project achieved a 38% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to current regulation, with carbon emissions and embodied carbon as a key consideration at all stages of the design and build process.
