The £11.5m design and build project, for renowned Scottish company, Ian Macleod Distillers, involved the creation of a striking new distillery and visitor centre for premium brand, Edinburgh Gin. Constructed on three levels around five listed Victorian stone arches, design of the 17,500 sqft new-build combines a subtle blend of traditional and modern. On a site that posed a diverse range of challenges, our team’s positive, collaborative approach in dealing with these in a structured and pragmatic way ensured successful delivery of a stunning facility.
