Located at the core of Edinburgh’s burgeoning financial district, the project saw Sharkey undertake a transformational office fit-out across three levels of Capital Square, creating an agile, tech-enabled workspace for leading lawyers Brodies LLP, with staff relocating from traditional office space. In support of our client’s culture and values, we were delighted to have delivered the project to an environmentally accredited ‘Platinum’ WELL Building Standard, one of the first to be achieved in Scotland.
