Sharkey were appointed to transform the 6th floor of the Quartermile 4 development into a new Edinburgh flagship office for the global financial giant BMO Global Asset Management. This Cat B fit-out, undertaken in an almost fully occupied building, transformed the 13,423 sqft 6th floor ‘penthouse’ with the creation of an innovative, flexible workspace for 118 BMO staff plus capacity for a further 20% growth.
