Sharkey fully restored two of the last surviving Georgian townhouses on Edinburgh’s historic Princes Street. Removing over 100 years of neglect and repurposing the properties back to the original James Craig’s 1770 plan for Edinburgh’s ‘new town’, reinstates both retail and residential accommodation at the heart of Edinburgh once more. This multi-phase redevelopment project renewed two redundant listed properties into 10,000 sqft of retail space and six luxury residential properties with panoramic views over Edinburgh’s medieval castle and Old Town.
