This exciting development, for luxury hotel operator Red Carnation Hotel Collection, located at 100 Princes Street in Edinburgh, entailed the extensive restoration and remodelling of the elegant Category B listed building, previously home to The Royal Over-Seas League. The project, included the creation of 29 bedrooms and an executive lounge overlooking the iconic Edinburgh Castle, carefully blended the boutique atmosphere of the group’s prestigious Hotel 41 in London with the building’s valued heritage and historic importance.
