Our bespoke information management system – SIMOn – designed and constructed to align fully with our business culture, has comprehensively enhanced the service we offer our clients through added agility, improved efficiency and upgraded project data management and reporting.
This digital transformation, which our business team likened to changing a car’s engine whilst speeding down the motorway, has also accelerated our company-wide flexible working capability that has enabled greater team collaboration, enhanced staff wellbeing and improved overall business performance.
