Sharkey takes hotel expertise to Scottish Borders

The Schloss Roxburghe, which also boasts a championship-standard golf course, is a Category B listed mansion in Kelso once owned by the Duke of Roxburghe.  This multimillion-pound project for Dusseldorf-based client 12.18. Investment Management GmbH will see Sharkey refurbish and enhance all of the hotel’s 22 bedrooms, restaurant, bar and public areas together with a comprehensive upgrade of the existing building services installations. The construction programme is due for completion in April 2019.
