Phase 1 concentrated on the refurbishment of the existing 14 bedrooms, bar, restaurant and fine dining kitchen and conservatory. Phase 2 focussed on the refurbishment of the ballroom and the construction of a three-storey extension so that 22 new rooms could be added to the hotel’s portfolio.
